May your 2020 be a year in which your traumatic load gets smaller because it is being treated.
May you treat as much trauma as you can find in as many clients as you have. May you delete a treasure trove of trauma everywhere you find it. And may you dwell in the inner sweetness of knowing that you are really doing your part to free people from suffering of every kind.
2020 is a year in which the fate of the human species may be decided. Our job, as AIT therapists, is to treat as much trauma as possible because the amount of untreated trauma in the world cannot help but have a direct and negative effect on every being and thing on our beautiful planet.
It is my prayer that we all give enough of ourselves so that the situation of every person, animal— no, the whole planet—is much better by the end of the year.
